Ingredients
- Palak (Washed and coarsely chopped) - 4 cups
- Peas - 2 cups
- Ginger grated - 1 tsp
- Garlic minced - 1 tsp
- Onion chopped - 1
- Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (you can use more or less as per taste)
- Butter - 2 tbsp
Method
1) Cook the palak in water for about 10-15 mins till it is soft.2) Cook the peas for 10-15 minutes in water
30 Drain the water from the palak.
