Serves: 3-4 people
Ingredients:
- Tool dal - 3 tbsp
- Palak - 3 cups
- Garlic - 1 tsp minced
- Onion - 1 medium (chopped)
For grinding:
- Grated coconut - 1 cup
- Tamarind - 1 tsp
- Green chillies - 2-3
Method
1) Pressure cook the palak and onion2) Grind the coconut, tamarind and chilles
3) Heat oil. Add the garlic
4) Add the cooked palak and onion. Add haldi powder and salt as per taste
5) And the ground paste. Bring to a boil. Serve with rice/roti.
