One of my mother in law's chicken recipe, we all love it!!
2) Apply ground chicken. Also apply salt, turmeric powder, chili powder and chicken masala. Apply curd. Let this marinate for about an hour
3) Add the potatoes to the chicken. Add little water and pressure cook. (One cooker whistle).
5) Add the chopped onion. fry till brown
6) Add the grated coconut. Fry till brown.
7) Add the mint leaves. Fry for 2 minutes with constant stirring. Turn off heat. Spread on a plate and let cool.
8) Once cool, add tomatoes. Grind in mixer
9) Heat oil. Add the finely chopped onion.
10) Add chili powder, turmeric powder and chicken masala.
11) Add the ground paste.
12) Add the chicken.
Let cook. Server hot with rice/bread/roti.
Serves: 3-4 people
Ingredients:
- Chicken - 600 gms
- Potato - 1 large (Optional)
- Onion - 3 chopped coarsely
- Onion - 1 small finely chopped
- Tomatoes - 2 medium sized chopped
- Garlic - 15-20 cloves
- Ginger - 4-5 small pieces
- Pepper - 10-12
- Cloves - 8- 10
- Aniseed (Badishep) - 1 tsp
- Coriander seeds (Dhane) - 1 tbsp
- Small cumin seeds(Shahi jeera) - 1tsp
- Grated coconut - 2 cups
- Mint leaves - A handful
- Coriander leaves - A handful
- Turmeric powder
- Chile powder
- Everest Chicken masala
- Curd - 1 tbsp
Method
1) Grind ginger, garlic, coriander leaves into a paste.

4) Heat oil. Add all the dry spices (Ingredients no 8-12). Fry for 2 minutes
