2) Add the onion and cabbage. Fry till the onion turns brown and cabbage softens.
5) Beat the eggs in a bowl along with the milk.
6) Add the beaten eggs to the cabbage and onion mixture
Serves: 2-3 people
Ingredients:
- Eggs - 2
- Milk - 2 tbsp
- Green chillies (chopped largely) - 2-3
- Garlic (minced) - 1 tsp
- Ginger (Grated) - 1 tsp
- Onion (finely chopped) = 2 -3
- Cabbage (finely chopped) - 2 cups
- Tomato (finely chopped) - 1 small
- Coriander leaves (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 3-4 tbsp (For frying)
Method:
1) Heat oil. Add the green chillies, ginger and garlic. Fry for 2 minutes.
2) Add the onion and cabbage. Fry till the onion turns brown and cabbage softens.
4) Add the tomato. Fry for another 2 minutes.
5) Beat the eggs in a bowl along with the milk.
6) Add the beaten eggs to the cabbage and onion mixture
